Ashley graduated from Mohawk College in 2017 and practiced as an RMT in Ontario for two years, before relocating to the Okanagan in 2019 to continue practising.
She believes that massage therapy can not only help to minimize pain, but is a vital component of the overall health and wellness of any individual. Working together with the client, it is the combined effort that will produce the most effective results for long-term relief.
Her massages integrate light to medium relaxation techniques with a deeper focus on myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet highly effective massage that relieves the tight muscles that occur from every day use, or to heal injuries from overuse.
Ashley’s various treatment techniques include: Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, General Swedish Massage, Joint Mobilization, PNF Stretching, Pre-natal massage, Deep Tissue Massage.
